Our Founders

Ed and Benedict are the co-founders of Renewed Launchpad, their second business together after first starting an educational company. Having started their first business (Renewed Learning) in 2019 during their first year at the University of Oxford, they have since grown it both in the UK and expanded to Hong Kong. They have experienced first-hand how to take an idea, turn it into a brand and then grow the business. Both Ed and Benedict have always been amazed by the extraordinarily low incidence of their UK-based school and university peers who have decided to start their own companies. Their goal is to change this, and help young people take control of their futures.

Our advisory team has an incredibly diverse array of individuals, with venture capitalists, first employees at successful Silicon Valley start-ups, and of course, a variety of inspirational founders - ranging from bootstrapped companies to Y Combinator backed businesses.
